Public Service Challenge

Interested in making a difference in Evanston?
Whether you’re considering running for local office, such as a school board position or city ward, or volunteering in a local campaign, we have just the opportunity for you!

The morning-long Public Service Challenge features in-depth informational sessions from some of Evanston's most dedicated public servants. Here’s what you can expect:
•  Detailed insights into the election process for the upcoming 2025 elections for school boards (D65 and D202) and city wards.
•  Opportunities to take an active role in these elections.
•  Networking with experienced candidates and campaign leaders.
•  A look at current election law, fundraising, and how to organize a campaign committee.

Don’t miss this chance to learn, connect, and potentially shape the future of our community. Whether you aim to be on the ballot or support those who are, the Public Service Challenge is your first step toward impactful civic engagement. See you there!
